Obour City is geographically located in Qalyubia Governorate, one of the governorates of the Greater Cairo Region. From kilometer 9 to kilometer 15 and at a depth of 7 km to the right of the Cairo-Belbeis Desert Road, it is bounded to the west by the Cairo-Belbeis Road, from kilometer 4 to the south to kilometer 16 to the north, and is bordered to the south by the Cairo-Ismailia Road at kilometer 26.
