The project is located directly along Mohammed Bin Zayed Street (the most important road of the New Administrative Capital), near the diplomatic district, and some important landmarks of the capital, such as The Green River which the compound overlooks, the Medical City, Academic City, Exhibition City, and the New Capital Opera House.
