The city’s layout, which covers an area of 5,888 acres, is divided into residential, recreational, educational, commercial, administrative, medical, clubs, open areas, green spaces, and a golf area. Although the Heliopolis Housing and Development Company does not resort to the policy of selling land, the area of land sold in New Heliopolis reached about 1,370,000 square metres, generating one billion pounds. In order to achieve liquidity for the project and complete it in the shortest time, the company is moving to invest in the entertainment area at the entrance to the city on Cairo – Suez Desert Road with an area of 212 acres to be used for tourism and entertainment activity. The city club is being planned as a nucleus to revitalize urbanization and serve the current residents of the city.
