Description
A real estate development company will launch the third phase of the Sila project on the North Coast at the beginning of 2018 and expects to complete the sale of the first and second phases of the project this year.
Engineer Ihab Abu Al-Magd, Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors, said that it will launch the third phase of the Sila project on the North Coast at the beginning of next year. It will be built on an area of 4 acres and includes 350 summer units. Construction will begin in 2020 and be completed within two years from the start of implementation.
The Sila project is being built on an area of 10 acres at Kilometer 57 of the Alexandria-Matrouh Road, and includes 650 summer units with areas ranging from 50 to 120 square meters, with a construction rate of 28%, in addition to a set of services developed in 3 phases.
